India’s New Policy Doctrine

Data supports a positive outlook and can also point to two new important developments: The 2014 election of reformist PM Narendra Modi and an explosion of entrepreneurialism driven by GDP growth, government liberalisation, technology, availability of private equity and venture capital, and a fundamental social and cultural shift. (1)

Despite the complexity and diversity of the Indian society and economy, Modi as well as all the state governments manage to modernize the country and maintain positive growth rate. From an Investors point of view there are many great opportunities in that emerging economy.
